RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): SPECIAL EXCEPTION #90-01-01 Application by Dr. & Mrs. Berkley L. Rish, to create a golf course and supporting facilities; swimming pool, riding stable, tennis courts, lodge/ clubhouse of up to twenty (20) rooms, with resturant. Also to provide five individual homesites on land zoned "C" Conservation. Property zoned "A", Agricultural and ”C" Conservation. Uses allowed under Section 3.34 (A) (Country Club/ Golf Course); 3.34 (E) (Retreat/ Lodge Resort); and 3.4-2 (residential lots) Tax Map 50, Parcel 11, containing approximately 138 acres. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, February 21, 1990, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuantto Section 15.1-9, if any.
