The wall sections are complete and ready for integration Into the contractor's project. Contractor will be responsible for: ground plumbing (incl. connection to existing septic system), slab (with floor drain in interior examination room), erection of wall sections, separation/ construction of interior walls, completed electric to include installation of electric baseboard heat and fluorescent lighting, and provision of asphalt shingle roof. Also, slab for fenced animal runs shall be constructed, to include floor drains and sloped floor to facilitate cleaning, all prepared to accept fencing (to be provided by contractor or the County at the latter's discretion.).
