Where can you buy a good book for twenty-five cents? The library has a large selection of paperbacks for sale, priced at 25 cents each, or four for a dollar.
Also offered are children’s books, slightly worn, but still usable. They are selling for 50 cents each or three for a dollar. Elizabeth Jones, the librarian in charge of the children’s section, is working hard to upgrade this part of the collection. Look for new titles and better bindings the next time you visit.
Speaking of new titles, several books have arrived this month, including two best sellers, The Oldest Living Confederate Widow Tells All and Daniells Steel’s Daddy. Other books are arriving daily.
