For the tenth year, the Rapidan Chapter of Trout Unlimited will sponsor "Kids Only Fishing" on the Rose River along Route 670 near Syria, Madison County. Also cooperating in the annual , event are the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, which will provide plenty ; of stocked trout for the children, and E landowner Jimmy Graves of Graves ; Mountain Lodge, who reserves this stretch 1 pf river for the kids on opening day. The j .party begins at 9 a.m. Adults may 1. accompany their children, but only those J 12 years of age and under may fish. No \' license is required, and there's no charge * for fishing.
