The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land of which Ora M. Reager, Henry Wilhoit Reager and Charles Thomas Reager died seized and possessed, located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 11.90 acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the said Lucy Mae Hale is or may be a nonresident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the address of Lucy Mae Hale, if she be living, is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, and that some or all of said persons may suffer from a legal incapacity, it is
