Jesse L. Walters
Jesse Lee “Tootie” Walters, 59, of Manassas, died March 7 in the Prince William Hospital.
The funeral was held March 10 at Catlett Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Dean Cover officiating. Burial was in the Marshall Cemetery.
Mr. Walters was bom Nov. 13, 1930, in Huntly, the son of the late Floyd L. and Ida S. Walters. He retired after 18 years as a courier for Prince William County.
Surviving are one daughter, Delores Ann Carrico of Nokesville; two brothers, the Rev. Paul Walters of Bear, Del. and Floyd Walters Jr., of Centreville; five sisters, Shelby Polk of Toms Brook, Charlotte Lightner of Warrenton, Doris Meade of Nokesville, Ella Thurber and Mildred Walters of both of Manassas; and two grandchildren.
