This day came Grace Ordewald, asserting that she is a person claiming by, through or under the heirs, devisees, or legatees of Ralph Davis, a supposed decedent, and claiming certain real property consisting of a tract or parcel of land containing 1.891 acres, more or less, said land being more particularly described according to deed dated July 27, 1900 and recorded June 2, 1908 in deed book X page 463 amongst the land records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and according to survey of William P. Gimble, C.L.S., dated August 17, 1988, revised August 31, 1988 and recorded amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County.
It being alleged that the said Ralph Davis went from his residence and last domicile in Rochester, New York, and has not returned to said residence for more than twenty years successively and has opt, been heard from, and it having been requested that the fact of the death of the said Ralph Davis and of such descent and vesting be established by the court.
It is, therefore. ORDERED that the fact of such application be advertised and notice is now given therefore that on the 19th day of April, 1990, at 9:00 a m. this Court will hear evidence as to the alleged absence of the supposed decedent and the circumstances and duration thereof.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia. ENTER: This 1st day of March, 1990 William Shore Robertson
