The report of the Visiting Committee at Rappahannock County Elementary School follows closely the school’s own Self Study.

The committee, made up of an elementary school principal, two second-grade teachers and two fourthgrade teachers from different schools in Virginia, praised the school staff for the thoroughness of the self study and for cooperation during their three-day visit.

The committee commended the school for offering numerous innovative programs for students, the displays of student work throughout the school, the positive attitudes of staff members, the self-discipline displayed by students, and the coordination of volunteers from the community.
