Middle Street Gallery artists commend high school artists from the surrounding counties who submitted their works in “Emerging Artists,” the five-county high school show.
A total of 130 entries were received for jurying! Forty works were selected that the jurors felt expressed individuality. There were many fine submissions that seemed to be classroom exercises and though were well done did not suit the uniqueness of vision sought.
The works selected will be presented for viewing at the Middle Street Gallery in Washington, March 9 through April 1.
