Amissville United Methodist Women will hold their monthly Craft Day on Wednesday, March 21, beginning at 9 a. m., followed by a light lunch. Everyone in the community is welcomed to attend any of their programs. Mark your calendar for their regularly-scheduled monthly meetings as follow: First Wednesday, 9 a.m. is a “Spiritual Life Enrichment” program; Second Wednesday, 12:30 p.m., is a business meeting and program; and the third Wednesday, 9 a.m., is Craft Day, followed by a light lunch.

According to Rappahannock Atletic Association president, A1 Kellert, Little League try-outs for both the eastern and western divisions will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 1. Those who registered at the Amissville fire hall in the Eastern Division should report to Stuart’s Field. Those registering in the Western Division at the Rappahannock Elementary School should report back to the school.
