MULKEY MOUNTAIN AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL DISTRICT and TAG-ONS TO
HASKELL AND C.E. JOHNSON DISTRICTS
In accordance with Section 15.1-1511 (f), Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahanncok County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, April 2,1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the renewal of the Mulkey Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District, for a period of ten (10) years, and to consider tag-ons to the Haskell and C.E. Johnson Districts.
The proposed Ordinances are available for inspection at the Clerk s Office and the Building, Zoning and Administration Office, both in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, March 21, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA., to consider the proposed Ordinances and Districts, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matters at their regular meeting of Wednesday, March 21, 1990, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
