The first bi-monthly get-together of arts and community organizations was held Saturday April 20 at the Woodsmoke Cafe and resulted in some interesting exchanges.
The gathering was sponsored by the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC).
Representatives from RAAC, the Middle Street Gallery, Ki Theater, the Last Minute Wood Company, The Sunday Dreamers, the Rappahannock National Bank, the Garden Club, the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League, the local chapter of Literacy Volunteers of America, the Lions Club, the county library, the Theatre at Washington, Va., and, indirectly, the Historical Society, attended.
