DONATION OF LAND The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board; a quasi-governmental comprehensive human services organization providing aging, mental health, metal retardation, and substance abuse services to the citizens of Planning District (Counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock); is seeking the donation of land for the purpose of construction of administrative offices. DONATIONS TO THE RAPPAHANNOCK- RAPIDAN COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE WITH 50 PERCENT/5 YEAR DEDUCTION LIMITATION RULE. Location of land near the center of Planning District 9, in the general vicinity of the Town of Culpeper, is preferred. A large community room is planned and could be named for the donor. The Board also welcomes donations of land and properties throughout Planning District 9 for future program and service expansion.
