reduce your cancer risk
Many people believe there is' nothing they can do to prevent cancer. This is not true. In fact, with some simple changes in the foods you eat, you can reduce your risk of getting certain cancers, like breast, colon, and stomach.
The American Cancer Society has developed a set of nutrition guidelines to help make food choices that may reduce your chances of getting cancer. The nutrition guidelines are:
1. Cut down on total fat intake.
2. Eat more high-fiber foods.

4. Include cruciferious (cabbagefamily) vegetables.
