The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter, NSDAR, met on Tuesday, April 9 at Culpeper United Methodist Church in Culpeper with Mrs. Walter A. Clark and Mrs. Joseph B. Fray as hostesses.
The Regent, Mrs. Thomas East ham, opened the meeting, welcomed members and called upon Mrs. Alma G. Jones, Literacy Challenge Chairman, to introduce the speaker, Mrs. H.O. Browning. She is the Assistant Director of the Culpeper Literacy Council and teaches in the city’s elementary schools.
