McCarthy explained that if references to service and directional signs were stricken from certain sections of the proposed amendments, current ; zoning ordinances would require their review. These changes satisfied a majority of the council. Peter Skowronski, Charles Tompkins, and Steve Critzer joined Willis in voting for the amendments which passed 4-3.
