Inaugural week festivities brought many of you to Richmond and, as always, it was a pleasure to see you — especially our 6th Virginia Cavalry Contingent which rode in the Inaugural Parade. Just as it was a source of great pride hearing Governor Allen’s address to the General Assembly last week, so it was listening to Governor Gilmore’s agenda for four more years of achievement for the people of our Commonwealth.
