Sharyn ^Ticholson of the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center is offering an opportunity to teens to learn about Shiatsu and Raike for free. On Thursday, Jan. 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. the Healing Arts Center will offer teens a variety of body work experiences to choose from.
A dance is being planned for February and the group is going to meet weekly until then. They will meet at the library on Sunday, Jan. 25, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Topics for discussion will be: development of a survey of interests and needs for teens to help determine future activities; the fundraising dance; and a calendar of events coordination.
