Oven Fried Chicken Wings 6 tablespoons butter or margarine 2/3 cup dried bread crumbs 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 3/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup buttermilk 12 chicken wings In 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 roasting pan in 425 degree oven, melt butter. Remove pan froin oven. On waxed paper mix next five ingredients. Pour buttermilk into small bowl. Dip one wing at a time in buttermilk, then in crumb mixture. Place chicken wings in melted butter in roasting pan, turning to coat evenly. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken wings are fork tender. Wanda Snead Washington Sausage Balls 1 pound mild pork sausage 1 pound hot sausage 1 large package shredded sharp cheese Bisquick Thoroughly mix sausage and shredded cheese. Add Bisquick while mixing until it becomes stiff. Roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until brown. Place on paper towel to drain after baking. These will freeze very good. Marie Davis Washington
