because “I needed something bigger and better.” This machine was built in 1986, using the body of a 1967 Rambler - one of his first cars - and the chassis from a 1959 Dodge Stake Truck.
Rick used it to haul his house trailer when he and his family moved from New York over 10 years ago. It still runs, but needs body work. Rick said that he plans to re-model it and then sell it.
For the white ‘truckster’, he started with the chassis from a 1982 International CargoStar truck. It had been used as an inner-city mail truck in New York.
