HOMEMADE: The 4-H junior Garden Club learned different ways herbs and spring flowers can taste good. The 4-Her’s made candied violets by using a mixture of egg whites and sugar. Then they made homemade biscuits with fresh herbs, lemon and garlic with a wonderful herb and garlic spread. Pictured is Osha Komdori and Jordan Lysaght working on their homemade biscuits.
