Lot 7F, Skyverge Estates Subdivision, as the same is duly dedicated platted and recorded in Plat Book 61 at page 203; among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the "Property”)
The sale will take place on June 7, 1999 at 11:00 a m. at the main entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
