Last Monday, the Rappahannock J.V. softball team hosted Manassas Park and won 18-2. The Panthers had a great day at the plate. Rachel Sharp went 4-4, Allyson Dodson went 2-3 and Amber Welch was 2-3. Manassas Park did not get a hit against Sharp, who was the winning pitcher. This is Rachel’s third'nohitter of the season.
The Panthers hosted the Brentsville Tigers on Friday and won 6-4. The ladies knew coming i i that if we could beat Brentsville, we could win the district. We came out a little flat, and the Tigers went ahead 2-0 early on. The girls were a little nervous. They weren’t playing to win. So we called a quick team
