Week! Who??? That would be teacher aides, office staff, nurses, bus drivers, cafeteria staff, and custodial and maintenance staff. These folks are invaluable in a school setting, and each of them helps to make our schools more inviting places for our students. If you or your child have been helped in any way by one of these staff members, please take a moment to say thank you next week (or any week). The term “unsung heroes” definitely applies here.
