town’s ordinance currently does not require a performance bond for having the roadway constructed within a certain timeline. He advised that since a portion of the property does lie outside the town’s limits, the county has requested a $42,500 performance bond, as of May 24. 2005 m the form of a letter of credit, giving DeBerg 24 months to establish an acceptable roadway, or a new estimate will need to be obtained.
