What would we do without friends? What would I do without friends? I would be lost. What makes a good friend? I have been told to have a good friend, you must be a good friend. That sounds right.
I have also been told that a good friend will help you move, and that a real good friend will help you move a body! That may be a bit extreme, but I think the idea is that there is very little a good friend won’t do for you.
I have been blessed with some very good friends. Most of them are from friendships made later in life. Growing up, many of my friends were relatives. We lived in the country, didn’t get out a whole lot, and most of the other kids we saw were cousins of one stripe or another.
