She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy Frazier, her second husband, Marvin Meade, three brothers, Clinton, Linwood and Ashby Jenkins and one sister, Lucy Hawkins.
She is survived by her family who surrounded her until the end, which included, one brother, Jesse Jenkins and his wife, Edith of Brandy Station, daughter, Phyllis Frazier and her husband, Ray of Boston, daughter, Linda Weakley and her fiancee, Gary Meadows of Stanardsville, granddaughter, Michele Frazier and her fiancee, Stan Williams,
grandsons, M^pfiael Frazier and his fianc$K Sue Warner and sons Alex, Christopher Frazier, Kenny Leavell and Dave Weakley, a special brother-in-law, William “Billy” Meade, and special friend, Marie Atkins.
Additional survivors include daughter, Joyce Ann Whitlock and her husband, Kenny, daughter, Madeline Jenkins and her husband, Bobby both of Culpeper, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four nephews and two nieces.
The family received friends Thursday, June 2, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
Funeral services were held Friday, June 3, at 1 p.m. at Found and Sons Chapel
