Elementary School Congratulations to the RCES Band for its fine performance at the Kings Dominion Band competition: The Band received superior ratings from the three judges. Pre-school Presented Play: On June 6, Mrs. Hottinger’s Pre-school students presented the play Cookies Week at RCES. Later in the day, they serenaded the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors at a regular meeting.
