To the editor: The citizens of Rappahannock County have rejected, by an overwhelming majority, the divisive tactics by which certain-members of the School Board have frustrated their desires to support their school system. It seems to me that the students, teachers and school administration have been welcomed, by the success of the referendum, back into the county. I hope they will feel so welcomed. Now what about those members of the school board who have so misinterpreted their functions? It appears to me that their options are clear. They cart: 1: Resign, out of common decency, and let the school get on with their business; or “
