Dorothy L. Ratcliffe, 85, of Amissville, died on Monday, June 13, at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
She was born in Montgomery County, VA on February 20, 1920 a daughter of James W. and Mabel Dudley Mills.
She' was a member of Amissville United Methodist Church and was well loved and will be truly missed.
Mrs. Ratcliffe is survived by four children; Richard C. Ratcliffe of Amissville, Linda Cook of Fredericksburg, VA, Kathy Frazier of Amissville, and Barry R. Ratcliffe of Madison, VA.
Also survived by a sister, Opal Ritter and a brother, Ralph Mills of Radford, VA ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Mrs. Ratcliffe was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Ratcliffe, a brother and two sisters.
Graveside Services were held at the church cemetery on Thursday, June 16.
