Photo courtesy of Hazel Zinn-Day CHIU BLUES: Cliff Waldron and the New Shades of Grass will be performing at the 4-H Chili Cook-Off Bluegrass Festival to be held on November 6th from 2-6 p.m. at Rappahannock County High School. The Shenandoah Travelers and The One Gig Bluegrass Band will also be performing. There will be a 50/50 raffle to help support the Rappahannock County Elementary School 7th grade field trip to Williamsburg. Advance tickets may be purchased for $10 at the Beauty Box in Washington, Drum and Strum in Warrenton, and Culpeper Music. Tickets at the door are $12.00. Students are $5 and children under 5 are free. Please come out and help.
