SPECIALIST I Successful candidate will implement Fauquier County's Single Family Home E & S Program. Perform E & S inspections, write reports, communicate and educate homeowners and contractors about E & S control measures. BS in environmental sciences with major course work in soils, natural resources or related field preferred. Must have proficient oral and written communication skills, computer experience and organizational skills. Construction experience, ’including field work and construction plan interpretation preferred. E & S Certification is a plus. Starting salary $29,500. Excellent benefits.
