Soon, all citizens of the two counties will have the opportunity to formally express their views to the WCB and to their respective Boards of Supervisors. To clear all hurdles, the Board of Supervisors of each county needs to endorse the proposed Tier III classification in an official resolution, by December 19, the close of DEQ’s public comment period.
