It’s a boy!
Arthur and Kelly Goff of Amissville proudly announce the birth of their son, Carter Randall Andrew Goff.
Carter was bom on November 27 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
He weighed six pounds, four ounces and was 20 inches long.
Other proud family members include his brother, John F. Thomas, III of New Market, paternal grandparents, Robert and Florence Goff and maternal grandparents, John and Mary Elias of Odenton, Maryland.
