Data must he accurate and timely due to the impact on critical Assessor's Office functions. Accurately extracts real property data registered in the Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office. Performs legal research on complex issues and prepares written analysis of findings to create accurate on-line assessments data. Coordinates new parcel mapping, mapping updates and workflow front recorded documents to the 'Office of Mapping, hack to Assessor's Office and prepares lor upload to the Counts 's automated systems. Musi he able to advise taxpayers, local attorneys, title examiners, the appraisal staff and other County agencies on matters concerning deed analysis and data collection. Duties of ’his position impact real property revenue projections and data transmitted throughout the County used for various County processes as well as used by the public. Requires any combination of experience and education equivalent to a High School diploma and four years related work experience. Must possess giH>d computer and mathematical skills. Bachelor's degree in Business or related is preferred. Experience with Proval. CARAT and/or other automated real property systems desirable.
