Position available with Parks. Recreation, and Community Services at the Lovettsville Community Center. Position assists the Center Manager in daily center operations. Oversees and supervises facility customers, develops and implements effective programming for the Center, ensures quality and diverse programs, (insures projected revenues are met. Recruits, interviews, and recommends for hire all fee class instructors and supervises their performance. Promotes facility programs throughout the community and handles customer concerns. Supervises staff and manages center operations in the absence of the Center Manager. Manages automated tracking and reporting of registrations. payments, and budgets. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor s degree in Recreation or related field, and 2 years related work experience administering and supervising community and group recreational programs. Supervisory experience is required. Previous experience with an automated registration system also preferred. First Aid. Adull/lnfant/ Child CPR. and current TB Test required prior to beginning work.
