RE-SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARINGS
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Due to hazardous weather conditions, the Public Hearings for the Zoning Amendment (Private Sewage Treatment Facilities) and the Proposed Exceptional Waters (Tier III) Designation, Hazel River, scheduled for Monday, December 5, have been re-scheduled for Monday, December 12, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia (in accordance with Code of Virginia, §15.2-1416). The Salvano Village Commercial Rezoning (RZ#05-08-02) Public Hearing has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse. All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment.
