AGRICULTURAL
& FORESTAL DISTRICTS
Any persons wishing to make application for the creation of new Agricultural & Forestal Districts, or who wish to add onto existing Agricultural & Forestal Districts are encouraged to notify the County Administration Office of your intent by Monday, December 12, 2005 at 4:30 p.m.
While applications for new districts or tagons may be made at any time, the Board of Supervisors policy is to encourage applications during a single enrollment period, thus limiting public hearing, advertising and related costs.
The County Administration Office may be reached at (540) 675-5330, with correspondence directed to PO Box 519, Washington, VA 22747. Forms for new district creation or for Tag-ons are available from 8:30-4:30 M-F.
