I am a riparian owner on the Rappahannock River, and feel that all of Rappahannock County’s “major” streams should be designated Tier III. Most, if not all, of our “major” streams occasionally go dry. The last thing our County — particularly its treasury — needs is a new sewage discharge into any of them.
