Hearthstone School’s fundraiser, A Valentine’s Day Chocolate Extravaganza, has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 18, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Community Room at the School. It follows the Community Drum Circle being held from 5-7 p.m. the same evening. All are welcome. Admission to the Fundraiser is $10 per person and includes luscious fondue chocolate with bite-sized pieces of cake and fruit for dipping. Coffee, herbal teas and other drinks will be, as well as delicious homemade desserts to purchase and take home with you. Enjoy luscious desserts while listening to music with your Sweetheart. February 18: Ki Theatre auditions
Ki Theatre will hold auditions on Saturday, February 18 from 2 — 4 p.m. for its annual production of Stories Rim Through Us. “Stories” features original one-act plays by local writers. This year’s production, scheduled for April 28 and 29, has roles for kids aged 9 to 13 and adults of all ages. Some roles are non-speaking, but still important. Rehearsals will begin Saturday, February 25. Auditions will be held at Ki Theatre, 310 Gay Street in Washington. For additional information, please call Patty Hardee at 540-675-2506.
