students stay fit, learn new things, and have fun in the process, most recently featuring “Skatetime” as part of her curriculum. Students in PreKindergarten through Seventh Grade worked for several weeks at mastering the basics of roller skating in the school’s gymnasium. Once the children had mastered the fundamentals, Mrs. Vaught worked closely with the students to enhance their skating proficiency, while at the same time helping them develop their balance, coordination, motor skills and cardiovascular strength.
