Preston Leo Wines Sr., 65, * of Green Spring, W.Va., died < Feb. 9 at home.
Mr. Wines was born Aug. ,16, 1940, in Broad Run to the late James H. and Nellie E. j Payne Wines.
He is survived by his wife, I Evelyn F. Shanholtz Wines; a son, Preston L. Wines Jr. of Stafford; a daughter, Irene A. I Grice of Stafford, and six l grandchildren.
Other survivors include < two brothers; James David . Wines of Franklin, Ohio, and ! Roy R. Wines of Amissville; ; and three sisters, Doris l Howson of Weirsdale, Fla., Mary Magdalene Trenum of j Oxford, Fla., and Joan j Stanley of Amissville. l In addition to his parents, f he was preceded in death by f a brother, Ernest P. Wines, i and a sister, Jane Sisk.
A memorial service was } held Feb. 13 at Forest Glen ^United Methodist Church, ; Green Spring, W.V.
