February, March: Pruning Road Show

The Pruning Road Show is a series of FREE public demonstrations on proper pruning of trees and shrubs taught by VCE Master Gardener Volunteers and the Horticulture Extension Agent. Every year, homeowners have good intentions about pruning their trees and shrubs but don’t realize the proper techniques involved with pruning. These demonstrations will offer the general public easy tips on pruning and some hands-on practice in a comfortable environment. Please join us at one or more of the locations and dress for the weather since we will be outside! We will follow the County Schools if they are closed. For more information, please call (540) 341-7950.
