This person will develop a full understanding of the company, its office and field system operations, advertising sales, and knowledge of ad production procedures. Upon completion of training, they should be able to demonstrate how to organize sales materials and present them in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will also build up the ability to understand a client's need, manage customer expectations, and design advertising programs. This go-getter must be highly organized, detail oriented, dependable and possess strong customer service skills.
