On February 14, Superintendent Bob Chappell made a public presentation of the proposed RCPS budget for the coming year. The School Board will hold several budget work sessions and make any needed changes to the proposed before or after the School Board’s March 21,7:30 p.m. public hearing on the budget. Then, the Board will forward the proposal to the Board of Supervisors by April 1. The Supervisors will schedule a public hearing for April and make a decision on the school budget by early May.
Additional make-up days are: Monday, Feb. 20, and March 13.
