Mr. Ivy was preceded in death by a brother, Manard Ivy, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn, and daughter Linda, both of Amissville, and one granddaughter.
Additional survivors include three brothers; Marvin, J.W. and A.C. Ivy, and one sister, Almeda Ivy Poth, all of Texas.
The family is planning a memorial service in the spring.
