A standing-room only audience came to hear Rappahannock resident Andy Alexander, Washington bureau chief for Cox Newspapers, discuss “The Threat of Government Secrecy and Your Right to Know.” Part of the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and Community’s popular “Second Friday at the Library” series of discussions, the lecture offered citizens an opportunity to learn more about government secrecy and its implications.
