Human Resources Analyst

Human Resources Office is seeking a senior level analyst to work with public safety agencies in Loudoun County. Must be a critical thinker with strong collaborative skills and experience providing HR consultation on complex issues to all levels of staff. Requires senior level human resources experience with solid expertise managing employee relations, interpreting laws and ensuring compliance with Virginia codes and statutes. Additional areas of responsibility include recruitment, classification, compensation, training, project management, and policy interpretation with thorough knowledge of laws and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid growth. Additionally, must be able to manage multiple activities. Requires strong customer service orientation, change management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, training and public presentation skills, and computer proficiency (MS Office). Required minimum qualifications include any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in human resources, publicadministration, business or related field, and two years of directly related professional level experience.
