its spring season Saturday, February 18, from 4pm - 6pm at Bill Payne Auction Gallery, Rt. 211, Amissville.
Eligible will be any girl ages 5 years through 18 (as of January 1, 2006) and programs are available for any skill level. Fees are $40. per girl playing 12 and under and $45. for girls playing 13 years old and older — $5. discount for each girl after the first registering from the same family (inability to pay fees will not exclude any girl). Players new to PSA must bring their birth certificate upon registration.
Piedmont Softball is affiliated with Babe Ruth International and provides programs for all girls, including all-stars and a fall season, as well. Regular spring season games are played primarily in Amissville, though teams will have opportunities to play non-league and non-Babe Ruth teams at home and away on occasion.
