Lady Owls fight hard
The Wakefield Girls Varsity Volleyball played well in last Monday’s game, winning a match against Shenandoah Valley Christian Academy, although winning the SVGA Patriots came back strong winning the game with a match score of 3-1. The girls defeated Massanutten Military Academy last Tuesday, beating them with a score of 3-0. Thursday, the Owls were unable to pull together a victory against Fresta valley losing 3-0. The Lady Owls record is now 4-7.
Cross Country
Dan Carrier finished 44th out of 102 runners in the DAC cross country meet held at RMA last Tuesday.
